Our Carob Herbal Tea is rich in calcium, vitamins A, B & D and trace minerals such as potassium and magnesium.
Ingredients: pieces of carob pods
Preparation: Add 1-2 teaspoons of carob pieces per cup. Pour boiling water over the carob and allow to brew for 3-4 minutes. Filter the carob and allow the sweet, clear brew to cool slightly before drinking.
Carob tea can be drunk hot or cold. The carob chunks can also be chewed as a healthy snack.
