Our Cretan herbal tea blend is designed to help strengthen your immune system

Ingredients: sideritis, origanum dictamnus, sage, marjoram, pennyroyal

Preparation: Add 1-2 teaspoons per cup. Pour water just past boiling (90⁰C) over the tea and allow to brew for 4-5 minutes to release its aromatic flavours
