Cretan mountain tea 20gr

The shepherd’s delight

Cretan mountain tea is another local herb packed with beneficial antioxidants and flavonoids

Ingredients: sideritis (ironwort)

Preparation: Add 1-2 teaspoons per cup. Pour water just past boiling (90⁰C) over the tea and allow to brew for 4-5 minutes to release its aromatic flavours 

Add mint, lemon or honey, according to preference
