Dittany is an aromatic herb unique to Crete, known for its multiple therapeutic properties since antiquity

Ingredients: oreganum dictamnus

Preparation: Add 1-2 teaspoons per cup. Pour water just past boiling (90⁰C) over the tea and allow to brew for 4-5 minutes to release its aromatic flavours
