Liatiko Rosé – Vassilakis Estate is a limited edition dry rosé wine, produced exclusively from indigenous Liatiko grapes, one of Crete’s most historic and expressive varieties.

Inspired by our grandfather’s vineyard in the renowned village of Voulismeni, this rosé reflects the authenticity and elegance of the Cretan terroir, combining tradition with a modern, refined style.

Tasting profile:
Pale salmon colour with a fresh, lively and fruity character. Elegant aromas of cherry, strawberry and blueberry are complemented by subtle citrus notes, rose petals and hints of sweet spices.
